Abstract
Traditional Formal Logic at the dawn of scientific knowledge formation has played a decisive role in rational knowledge forms and methods developing. At present it is still in progress. The Author has tilled new school of formal logic called “Stepped Logic”. Methods of the “Stepped Logic” let us find an unusual approach towards solving problem of logical measurement of philosophic and its vindication. This problem is also known as “Cook Problem”. This problem is among 7 problems the most difficult to solve. “Stepped Logic” offers certain solution of this problem. “Stepped Logic” methods allow to solve, a set of other issues of the modern Logic and science.
